Pulling my hair out, I know there is a simple solution and I'm going to look stupid again, but I have followed directions to the flashing procedure and have ADB folder on my desktop with the 3 imgs in it. I get an error that No such file or directory when using the 1 click, and also when doing the procedure manually. I also copied the img flash files to my Android-SDK folder on C:\ and still get the darn error. Can't seem to see what the problem is. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Did you download the fastboot files for your OS?
Windows or Linux or the other one?

Ok... make sure the recovery image is located in the same folder as fastboot, that could be one of your problems.
Navigate to Android SDK, then tools or platform tools whichever has fastboot in it (for me, it's tools). Once you're there
type the following: fastboot flash recovery "filename.img" When it's done pushing the recovery, just type fastboot reboot
and you're all set. Make sure you're adding the ".img" to the end of the recovery filename. Again, make sure the recovery
image is copied to the same folder as fastboot, otherwise it won't be found.

oops, was trying to select reboot, and somehow I have got a screen with Root access possibly lost. Fix? THIS CAN NOT BE UNDONE. Do I select "yes fix root"?

I just selected go back and hit power, and it booted up. I will study more on how to use the TWRP. Thanks for the education, you guys are awesome.

Thanks for the very detailed instructions. I checked my set up and everything seems to be as you described. I got TWRP to flash by entering the commands manually. And only then after I changed to directory where fastboot was located, as per ducats post above. Thanks everyone for the very helpful instructions.
