So does the phone come with infrared? I've seen on many sites that it should come IR capable but.... I don't see a fancy IR port on my phone. I'm asking cause my dog ate my remote :-(

No it isn't ir compatible... At best you can get a bluetooth to ir adapter and use that. I'd say head down to walmart and get a new universal remote.
