This is a quick overview of the Motorola Lapdock 100 laptop-style phone dock. It includes a full keyboard, 10.1" 1366x768 display, and an internal 5-hour battery. Compatible with the DROID Razr, Atrix 2, and Photon smartphones, all by Motorola.

I played with one of those the other day when I was in store, and I guess if you don't own a laptop it's the next best thing, otherwise useless.

Just curious why go with a lapdock? I've looked at a few options pricing and......
A 22 inch tv bluetooth keyboard and mouse and the hdmi cable comes to about 150.00—200. 00 less and does same thing or does the lapdock do something I don't know about?
