Most Stock ROMs will have GApps included... Generally speaking AOSP based ROMs like CM or AOKP will have a separate GApps package.

Well, darn, I just thought I wouldn't pester you any more today, Now that I got TWRP working, flashed and tried to run Ti BU to restore apps, It says I have lost root access. Tried Root Checker and It says I don't have root. What the heck did I do wrong? Do I root it again? Thanks.

Go into your SuperUser app and update the binaries... see if that fixes the issue for you.

Can anyone point me towards a write up about twrp 2.5.0 and what every function means and does inside twrp I'm Tryin to figure out why I have to mount sys prior to flashing with some ROMs and not others and what it means when I make a backup and it has recovery unchecked does it need to be checked ? Stuff like that I don't want to bug anyone with these questions personally I just want to read read read and comprehend. Ty
You have to mount system because that's where it installs the rom. Usually roms have scripts to do this automatically but because the Moto bootloader unlock is so new everyone is still catching up...
Recovery is not checked because you don't need to back up recovery. If you restore a back up made with Moto recovery installed it would overwrite your TWRP and that would be a pain.
