I had a question from a friend today that I couldn't answer. He's got a Samsung Galaxy Player 5.0 and I've got a Bionic. He's on GB and I'm on JB, but we both see this issue. When we go to Settings>Apps the free space listed is different than what Settings>Storage lists as available. On my phone, I've got 313mb free listed from Settings>Apps area and Settings>Storage reports that I have 119mb available. Why are they listed different?
