Hello,
This is going to be a guide on how to make your very own flashable app-pack that you can use after installing roms. I made this guide very simple and I will provide the files that you need so you don't have to tinker too much with the zip. This is only for the razr since other devices will need a different update-binary.

Step 1:
Download this pre-made .zip:

Step 2:
Download testsign.jar:

Step 2.5:
Make a new folder with both of these files in it.

Step 3:
Go into your rooted device and search for this folder: /data/app/
Copy all the apks from that folder that you want to have in your app pack. Save them on your sd card.

Step 4:
Take out the apks and put them into the folder data/app/ in the zip I made for you.

Step 5:
Go into CMD (start --> run --> cmd for windows xp start --> cmd for windows 7) and navigate to the folder where you have these files: the App pack zip you edited and the testsign.jar. You can google how to navigate in CMD if you aren't familiar with it.

Step 6:
In CMD execute this command:
java -classpath testsign.jar testsign "App pack.zip" "App pack - signed.zip"
If you get an error with java related things go find your java .exe and use that instead of java. For example: "C:\program files x86\java\java.exe" -classpath testsign.jar testsign "C:\App pack.zip" "C:\App pack - signed.zip"

Step 7:
Copy the signed zip to your sd card and you are done. Next time you flash a rom flash this app pack after it. Enjoy!

Wouldn't it just be easier to create a filter in Titanium Backup? That way you'll be able to save the data, too. Then after you flash, you could just install the filtered apps + data.

It would be easier to just restore data in titanium after flashing this. After you flash a rom you can easily flash this after it, saving you some time. This also works if you have problems using titanium.

I use this as a way to quickly flash different frameworks I'm modifying.
