I just installed the bionic update to JB, and now i can't get my phone to charge unless i turn it off. I calibrated the battery last night after it flashed but to no avail. Anyone one seen this? Is fxz to stock ICS an option so i can reupdate? Thanks in advance.

There is a way to reapply the update but you will lose root if you are rooted. Have you tried a factory data reset?

Nom, reapplying the update right now is nearly identical to using an FXZ in that it blows away your root backup that Voo Doo makes- rendering the phone unable to be rooted.

joyous.  fortunate enough, this is what seems to have worked:

  1. wipe data
  2. let battery run all the way out
  3. charge with phone off all the way to 100%

now it seems to be charging as normal.  Thanks for the help guys!

I had this happen as well- but all I did was power down, charge to 100% and then power back up... that seems to have solved it.
