Has anyone figured out how to change boot animation on RAZR maxx HD. I can use ROM toolbox pro to change it. But have not figured out how to get a full screen animation to play on boot.

I don't have an HD, but I know the stock boot animation is 720x720 square. I think if you have 720x1280 jpeg files, it will play full screen.

When I install a 720x1280 animation it does not play full screen. It plays larger than stock. But not full screen. I have worked on this for 6 months and can't figure it out. If I resize a boot animation it will not play. I'm asking for ideas to try.

yes it has to be exactly set to 720x1280 the pics and the .txt in the boot

I've tried that zoo. I made sure that in system media that under boot animation zip and made sure it was 720x 1280. Everything matches. I am missing something.

make sure your desc.txt specifies the resolution you want. the series of three numbers at the top are width, height, and frames per second respectively.

Yep, the stock settings are:
The last will control the speed which the images are processed.
