Not sure what the first zip is but the second one looks like you were trying to flash a RAZR ICS update on your Bionic. Check

Why in the hell were you trying to flash a RAZR update to a bionic?  SMH.  You're going to need to do a full FXZ with the 246 FXZ to recover it. You'll need to put your phone in AP Fastboot before loading RSD, then load the 246 FXZ, and flash away. All data will be lost on that phone.

That will hopefully get it recovered.  If the FXZ doesn't work, you're essentially screwed.  :(  Here's hoping.

here's a little more into what you did wrong.

1 there are no ROM's that RSD will flash. your using the terminology wrong. RSD only flashes official signed motorola .SBF's and .FXZ's (sbf is dead and moto only uses fxz now). Those two types of files are the exact same software that motorola installs on the phone stock.

**side note each newer OTA and FXZ almost always contain updated security, which means you cannot install an older version after you've updated. so yes you can still brick your phone trying to flash a gingerbread or ics fxz after you've already taken the JB OTA.***

2. Every single version of a phone uses different software. thats why they have different model numbers (bionic has a codename of targa, and a model of XT875. and the RAZR has a code name of spyder and a model of XT912) so your second mistake was trying to restore your bionic with RAZR files. it will not work as you've found out.

3. your mixing up your "custom recovery aka. Safestrap or Bootstrap" with the stock recovery. theres a reason we use two different ones. Stock only lets you deal with official moto signed files, and it does not have the ability to create backups or restore them. It only has the FDR option which is like the recovery partition on your computer it takes and reinstalls only a select number of files the way it original was after you took it out of the box, keep in mind this does not install EVERY file in the OS. thats why the FXZ option exist, it does EVERY file.

your custom recoveries are for installing custom files, like your roms, themes, ect. once you install a modified operating system your stock recovery is useless because you no longer have an official signed operating system. that is why you can never take an official OTA on a custom rom, they check to make sure the existing version is official b4 they update.

now if you have any other questions please ask. This forum exist to educate people, and were all still learning no matter how much we already know.

In addition to what he said above:

1) RSD Lite is a program developed by Motorola to flash system software onto their phones - it makes use of files with .SBF and .FXZ extensions, the latter being the current standard.  In those files, which are basically no different than a .ZIP or .7z archive, you have the files needed, plus the directory structure needed, and a script to help make sure the files get placed in the correct partition.  The files are .IMG or other files that get written to a particular partition in a particular manner.  Think of RSD and FXZ combining together to make a Windows Installation disc - you pop the disc in and boot and it will format and install Windows - same concept here, although we have a little more flexibility since we can alter (somewhat) the script file to prevent certain actions.

2) The main reason that different phones use different software is usually because of the hardware inside - everyone once in a while, it may simply be because the manufacturer decide that the newer of hte two phones received slightly different operating system version / software, but mostly it is b/c of at least some difference in hardware.

3) FDR doesn't reinstall any files at all, on our BIONICS - all it does is remove all user installed files and settings - including updates to factory a-installed applications - and then reboots the phone for an OOB (Out of box) experience.
