It's my understanding (and I could be wrong) but an .XAP files is the Windows equivalent of the .APK (On Android). Or a Windows Mobile Application Package (similar to .exe on standard Windows) But Silverlight compiled? Our Android Virtual Machine is not really designed to execute something like this in an environment that it's not developed for. This is a typical Window vs Mac vs Linux compatibility issue. No "converter" exists to make it run clean and natively, as I understand.
