I just installed the OTA.  Now the notification bar is totally gone.  I have rummaged through the system settings but can't find anything tied to the notifications bar.  Anyone else have this fault or any ideas how to fix it?

You could try performing a FDR (if you're rooted it will not break root).

before your reply, john, I tried FXZ keep data. No dice. but that caused me to lose root. So, whatever, I did the FXZ FDR.  on a positive note, my notifications bar is back. just have to download all my apps, minus the root only apps. ugh!  Hope someone comes up with an exploit for root soon.
