This theme is for the Moto ICS leak. You will have to fastboot and be on stock moto GB with just root. You can follow the thread here for step by step instructions.

Thanks so much for pointing me in the right direction WULF....but now that I am on the ICS leak....how do I install these theme? I tried everything again and got nothing.

Did you install the Bootstrap ICS Recovery from here:
If you didn't, download and install the apk. Open the app and click on the top button to install the recovery.
Download the theme and place it on your external sdcard
Open the app back up, press the bottom button to reboot into the recovery
Once in the recovery, "wipe cache partition" then "wipe dalvik cache"
Flash the theme
Reboot
Shoule be good to go after that! If you need any other help, post here and I'm sure someone can help you out!

I dont think it would, someone else tried another theme for 4 0.4 and I think they looped.will this work for ICS 4.0.4

I've been meaning to work on themes for. 211 ICS but I had some issues I had to deal with. I am trying to put something together but currently on stock and never rooted so wouldn't be able to test anything if I did have something.
Right now I can't root cause I don't have a backup phone in case I screw something up and wouldn't be able to pay for another phone so I need warranty/insurance in case something goes wrong with phone hardware wise.

Cool, thanks for this. I already started messing with some things, I'll let you know when i got something but might take some time. I also need to find an install script for safestrap since that's what is currently being supported, right?
