I am in need to replace the LCD & digitizer for my razr HD. Screen is completely broken (not displaying anything) but I know it still works because it works just fine when I connect it to my lapdock. BTW, screen is busted when it got flexed against a table while it was in my pocket

 

Anyway, I'm trying to find a cheap replacement and saw one listing with broken HD due to water damage. Would the LCD & digitizer part still works on this? This is the seller's description:

 

This phone was dropped in water. It powers, but reboots after a few minutes. It never gets a cell signal. The screen is perfect and works great! This phone was only used for a couple of months. Also includes original box. Clean ESN and SIM

If the price is right, I'd give it a shot. If he's saying it boots up and the screen/digitizer are working its just having radio/hardware problems. Then it seems legit to me, if they're telling the truth. I would try it out if you felt they weren't jerking your chain price wise.
