You should be fine. Just make sure you are only restoring Apps and App data. NOT system data!!

Hey guys, quick question:
If I have a ROM installed (Rage) and want to try another ROM (Aviator), can I do a backup of my Rage ROM, flash Aviator and then restore my apps and settings that I had on the previous ROM to the new ROM?
I wasn't sure if everything would be compatible in that nature.
