Go Launcher is another nice one. I haven't tried Apex mainly because I don't feel like migrating all my crap from Go over to Apex. As mentioned already these "3rd Party" launchers do have a nifty ability to backup and restore. So if you're a crackflasher like myself it's really nice to be able to flash a new ROM and then do a Titanium app restore and then do a homescreen restore and be basically back where you were before the flash. It takes the tediousness out of flashing.
