i looped too and wulf did also. Its the framework somethin is not right with it.

Well, I found a way to get it to boot. Its not stable or usable. It could also save you from a fastboot, possibly. Save me twice.

First make sure you have razr bootstrap on sd card.
If you loop do a hard reset and get to stock recovery and do a factory reset (funny andy icon btw, Droid down lol)
after reset and it boots, hopefully, skip the setup and install bootstrap (you should still have root)
when you go to settings to check install from unknown sources settings will look a little off.
use bootstrap to get to clockwork and flash any other theme you have and you should boot no problems.

Yeah you lose your setup but you wont lose hours trying to get back to ICS.

Alright so i havent had much time to work on this much due to y brother coming to visit me . But i have already the framework changed the battery nd 3g 4g icons and the signal turning this razr into a gnex which is looking cool.
