Thanks, and the only issue with this one is the image is stretched, flattened down like pancake style. Should I try again and ue your zip? i have been using fastboot to flash my logos

You're welcome..... I think it was like zoo suggested ..... when I placed it on top of the existing logo (in PS) I left a 2px "border" around the entire thing..... the phone tries to match the color on the top and bottom 1px and it throws a fit (as you have seen) with gradients and mixed colors 
So if you happen to want the "background" different than black.... just make sure the top and bottom rows (1px min) are the color you want
Anyway very glad you like it.
