Guys i need help please, i am using my maxx hd overseas not on verizon, whenever i download 4.2.2 ROM, i can not find the option of "Access point name" as it used to be in previous version, also i am not getting any signal!!!

 

can anyone help please?

now i am getting signal, but no data, i need to enter the APN setting, but i can not find the access point name to enter the APN, thanks in advance for help
