This is for the OG Razr correct? I would suggest you take the "M" our of the title and OP so Razr M guys don't get confused.

 

Edit: Ah man I just figured out what you meant. It is the Razr M homescreen for the XT-912 Razr. I get it now.

Any xt912 jb ROM. Just make sure you have another launcher installed besides a homescreen apk just to be safe.
