So i've tried both methods of flashing (i.e. via fastboot and tucstwo's tool) but i recieve the same error no matter what i do. The whole process looks like this

C:\Users\Dan\Desktop\logo>fastboot flash logo logo.bin
(bootloader) Variable not supported!
target reported max download size of 31457280 bytes
sending 'logo' (854 KB)...
OKAY [  0.074s]
writing 'logo'...
OKAY [  1.299s]
finished. total time: 1.377s

I'm not sure whether this is an error with my drivers of my SDK installation or what. Any help would be awesome as when i first flashed my recovers i flashed a rom which i am no longer running. It replaced the default logo with a sort of screenshot of the boot animation in grey? No idea what rom it was, either way, i'd really appreciate any help on the issue :).

When you type in fast boot devices does your device show up?

Try this command.... fastboot flash logo.bin logo.bin ..... It appears that the syntax of the command you are using is not right...

From what I've seen that bootloader error shows , but doesn't effect the flash.

It won't affect flashing a boot logo but it will prevent you from flashing other things such as modem and system.  I think it is an issue with the path, but I am not sure.

Could it be an issue with the system not mounting right? Just a shot in the dark but maybe since it needs to be mounted to flash roms in recovery it could be similar for fastboot?
