speedtest.net messed up?

This started happening today. The two boxes that look white when the used to have a graph . Is it the app or something with my phone?

Should look more like this....
I've seen it with the white ever since I downloaded the app. Figured that's what it was supposed to look like lol.

I get the graphs but I have another question, I am connected to AT&T on my M and get H+ but am only getting 16kps download. Is this some kind of a communication issue between the M and AT&T's service? Telephone reception is better than it was with V. which was the reason that I switched carriers.

This could be due to proximity to the towers, or the amount of traffic going through the tower or the device itself. The speeds I got on the Bolt are significantly lower than what I get on my RAZR HD.
BTW I've seen both the graph and the white bars in speedtest
