I was on Black Widow, flashbooted back to .173 stock, and i'm not getting the update to .181

Have you gone to Settings -> About - > Update?

Also, did you wipe data / cache after fastbooting back? Sometimes that will trigger it. Then go in and manually query the update server as outlined above (about phone > check for updates)

Fastboot to 748 wipe data wipe cache OTA to 173 and then again to 181 it should work

To solve the problem I unchecked 'sync over wifi only' under social applications and it popped up instantly

To solve the problem I unchecked 'sync over wifi only' under social applications and it popped up instantly
I went into the app and that solved my problem (.181 stock & root). Weird that happened
