You Must run a TouchWiz based kernel for this build. I suggest Ktoonsez TW kernel, but there are a lot of options.

Boot into TWRP

Press "Wipe"

Select "Advanced Wipe"

Check the box for:

 -System

 -Data

 -Cache

 -Dalvik Cache

Slide the button over to wipe
Flash ROM
Reboot
Profit!

 

To install Ktoonsez Kernel:

Download TouchWiz kernel from THIS thread

Place kernel on your external sdcard

Reboot into recovery

Flash kernel (NO WIPES)

Reboot

That's how I was when I was waiting for mine. Now not only are you getting an S4, you can throw a badass stock ROM on it when you get it :)

another stupid question,do you flash kernel like gapps,right after rom,then reboot?

You can but I would boot up normally first, then reboot into recovery and flash the kernel.

LOL I screwed up my first rom flash...had to Odin back to stock. Nothing wrong with asking a few questions

It is! This is my first samsung...and it is amazing. Just make s u re if you use TWRP to not select "Format Data"!!
