ok here is what im dealing with. i bought a droid razer off the internet and they said it was flashed to page plus and now it show up ap fastboot flash mode (S) ( flash failure). i don't know what happened and does anbody know what i can do to fix it. help would be greatly appreciated.

ive run into a problem the phone is about dead and i cant get it to charge now what do i do

I don't know whether they're still available, but you need a factory cord to charge your phone and flash it now. A small number of us here have them. Name a large local town near you, and we'll see if somebody nearby can help. There may be also be a trick to charging it while in its present state, but I forget the details.

Plug the charging cable into the phone - Hold the PWR and the Volume UP & DOWN all at the same time for 10 seconds , then hold just the Volume UP & DOWN for 10 seconds to put you in the boot menu. Once there, scroll down to BP Tools and select it by pushing the PWR button. It might look like it is booting, but it should end up with the charging screen.

i got it to charge and did the utility but now on the ap fastboot screen it say script fail

it says error cannot load system.img and error cannot load recovory.img

Do you know how to use fastboot? If so, you can try to flash boot.img, system.img and recovery.img individually

It would take an hour to explain how to manually flash partition files with fastboot if you don't know anything about it. Where did you buy this phone
