It's a fact for the M and HD both. I believe I read it on android authority let me verify real quick.. They had a leaked image of the document.

Well that's disturbing. No ota for me. I got my updater frozen with titanium any other steps I should take?

Unlock your boot loader now and never take ota's until a Dev tears it apart to get the good stuff. Lol

The key is, just unlock prior to taking it then all is good.  Don't wait until after.
