I remember seeing a post on XDA where someone said the S-Voice apk that was "leaked" was actually just a themed version of Vlingo.

SpeakToIt Assistant is way better than S-Voice or Vlingo.

Go to xda (sorry do not have the link). There is an updated .apk file that fixes the network connection error
