Do you mean the boot logo? (Red M when you first start the phone )

That requires XML edits man!! Its either in framework-res apk or systemUI apk (not sure which still learning) if you have apktool set up and notebook++ and know what to edit it can be changed idk about totally removed. :)

there are 2 xml files you need to edit in framework-res.apk. eri.xml and strings.xml.
