Are there any good roms for the .84 leak? Im on the simplexrom already. Wish i could downgrade back to gb or earlier ics leaks. When it came to the battle of me and patience....i lost :-( lol

Guess I need to touch base with my buddy dhacker now. I had gotten a different build from him earlier in the day that works well but I installed using ICS Bootstrap. Think its time to get some clarification on what's up....lol. thx for the heads up on the actual posting he did last night

I was just going by his post. The post says "Safestrap 2.0 is the only supported install method at this time..."
I have not personally tried it yet. Bootstrap may work, idk.

For sure and as you should. I just live on the edge sometimes and really didn't even ask at the time. That said EVERYONE should follow a thread OP and do what it says.

with that said I can say the build I got directly from him works fine with ICS Bootstrap, but again it may NOT be the same build he posted public tho. Once I find out what is up I will post back but he is still sleeping atm so I'll bug him a bit later this afternoon once I know he is up.

I'm on it right now and it is AMAZING!!!!

Only issue is data on boot but once you enable data everything works flawlessly and scores a pretty high quadrant test score

Well to report back it does work and install with Bootstrap. However I do NOT suggest ppl doing it that way. Better off using SafeStrap like dhacker stated in his thread. There is a couple of glitches when using Bootstrap to get it to fully boot and it can get a bit irritating but it does work tho fyi.

okay i went back to cm9. can some tell a step by step process to get data and gapps back? im having issues i try doing the dialing with the #*info but thats not working

You can also download the front end to the Phone Info app from the Mar... I mean Play Store.

Lol you are supposed to flash gapps IMMEDIATELY after you flash the rom, like in the same recovery. And to get data working download phone info from play.
