I got a replacement RAZR hd last week and it came With 9.16.9 which is the soak test update i think that is starting right now. I can upload the rom or whatever partition if you want it to mess with. Comment instructions on how to upload and i will. Keep in mind i live in a very small town which means very small internet speeds. I got 3 down 1 up so it might take a bit to upload.

Whats the build number, under settings/about phone. Pretty sure I have a SBF file floating around with that though.

The sbf is for the dst rom i believe not stock

The full fastboot file for this has been out for wks now. Its for sure nothing new and really brings nothing to the device form what i saw when I flashed the full fastboot to my HD the day it was posted.

It was a MR update, nothing exciting. There was a swype fix and some other stupid little thing. Nothing that changed any noticeable fuction.
