Hi guys, yesterday i bought this phone, this mornin i bricked it out while flashing a custom rom on cwm.
RSD lite turned these infos:
Filename: SPDREM_U_01.6.5.1-73_SPU-11-PASS-10_SIGNEuropeAustraliaEMEA_USASPDRRTGB_HWp2b_Servi ce1FF_fastboot.xml
Creation Date: 05/25/2012 11:51:08
File size: 1610
Sofware Version: umts_spyder-user 2.3.5 6.5.1-73_SPU-11 1321616798 release-keysSPYDERBP_U_03.1C.83P
For Phone Model: SPYDER_U7

and this error:
Failed flashing process: 1/11 flash cdt.bin_signed -> phone returned FAIL

(rds shows "connected..." before tryin the flash)

I'm downloadin another bin to test it out:
Branding: RETAIL en.EU
Market Segment: EuropeAustraliaEMEA
Version: 651.73.30
Android Version: 2.3.5
SPU: 11 M1-2
ROM Type: Service
Radio Version: U_03.1C.85P
Bootloader Version: 0A.67 (contained but not being flashed)
Webtop version: WT-2.0.0-113

Some advice needed, never encountered a phone this hard to flash out

Oh, and i'm very short on battery 15% or 20%....

The phone is german i think... dunno wat to do at all
Plz guys i need this phone today and microsd is not helping.

EDIT: on ap fastboot it shows this:
Device is LOCKED Status code: 0

Battery low
Cannot program
Connet USB
Data Cable (not connected obv.)

The other bin does not work

You can try matts utility and see if that will work, fast boot files included.

No, he is GSM -- the files in the Razr utility are CDMA. Do not use the utility. Was the phone on one of the ICS leaks from Europe? If so you have no way home (back), and you will need to use a method similar to Kboss's unbrick method, but with the ICS files from the European models.

The link I gave him is for GSM utility, not sure what files he needs for his phone though

Hope it works for you. You might want to double check if fast boot files included are the correct one for your phone.

Phone is fine, problem solved.

The battery was low, so fastboot was not compiling.

Tip for users with same trouble:
If your battery is low and you gotta do this, let it charge for 2 hours and then try it.
If when you connect the phone in fastboot it still shows "battery low", connect the usb to the wall charger, then turn off fastboot and turn on right away, it will show "Battery OK". Then connect the phone to the PC without turn off fastboot mode and you should still have on the screen "Battery OK". Then press START on RSD.
If the PC does not recognize fastboot mode, repeat this till it recognizes it.

As it turns out, when the factory programs the phone, they don't need to have a battery in the phone at all.
