Have you tried uninstalling through the play store? Maybe uninstall a few large apps through the play store and your phone will have enough free space to not freeze at your app info screen...

If you're rooted, use a file explorer and navigate to /system/app

From there you can delete any apk you want. HOWEVER, use caution!!! Deleting the wrong system app can cause instability and you could potentially soft-brick your phone.

Or even better if you're rooted, use Titanium Backup, it has an uninstall feature.. Pro Version also allows you to do it in batch mode

I suggest the FREE version of rom toolbox you can uninstall system apps and user apps if you're rooted. Just be careful with system apps like bdh says.

Wow i appreciate all the feedback... I've tried going through a file explorer to uninstall with no luck, titanium back is the same... Going through the play store works but im looking to be able to clear the data and cache of the apps as well...
