Same issues I had before the CM10.1 7-30 build. Maybe illusion 7-31 is built on CM 7-30 base. If so, you'll be pleased with BT operation. Sent from my XT926 using Tapatalk 4 Beta

if you haven't i'd try with wiping data and starting fresh.  Zero crashes for me so far on day 2 with heavy use including tethering and bluetooth audio.  I'm using google voice and the stock text as opposed to Handcent SMS.

So just manually wiping data+factory reset? Or should I revert to a stock rooted image?

I wiped data using TWRP, then installed the rom followed by the gapps posted in the original post (AIO_Aroma.4.2.2.build.7.x)
So far been using bluetooth audio daily no freezes, I could be lucky who knows.  I uploaded the 7-31 rom last night, but had success w/the previous build as well.  Let me know how it goes - good luck

I didn't revert to stock rooted image, I was coming from another rom.

I'm actually running into freezes and half reboots quite a bit with this. I installed it today around noontime, it's 10:30PM now. I've had it completely freeze and then half reboot(hangs on the Moto logo{Yes, I'm unlocked, I flashed the M back on it}) on me four times today.

The first two times, it was also while using Handcent SMS. The next two times I wasn't even using the phone, I'd take it out to do something, only to have a big red M staring at me.

I've wiped the dalvik and cache again and I'll be keeping an eye on it.

Is there anything I should check, or do for testing?

Edit:And I had it just kind of hanging out on my desk while typing this. It locked up again :-( haha.

I'm having the same problem, but I'm not 100% certain the issue is caused by the ROM because this occurred on my device with BeanStalk.

This ROM is awesome - I don't use the endless levels of customizability but coming from 4.1.2 all the extra candy is blowing my mind.

Wow okay this time I couldn't even get one good day. Buy lunch I was having random restarts and Bluetooth-reboot-freeze yet again I should mention, not all bluetooth devices create a problem. For example the Bluetooth in my truck has never caused the problem. But my Jabra+ causes problems with audio streaming before the end of the first song. I really hate going back to stock. I might give it one more day by clean wiping fresh install.. Sent from my Droid Razr HD using Tapatalk 4 Beta

Great ROM! A couple things. One: the illusion graphic on the interface settings page is bloody blinding!!! Could you make it more subtle... Maybe like an underlying graphic or something. Its reallllly annoying. Also, the LTE toggle doesn't work. I have to use the LTE/CDMA/EvDo/GSM/WCDMA or LTE/CDMA/EvDo and the ROM sets it as LTE/CDMA which isn't actually a choice.

Quick update -

I actually reverted back to the 7-27 ROM(was on 7-31 build),

I started getting reboots when I changed tracks using a widget from my lockscreen as well as changing tracks while in google play.  I have yet to have a crash on the 7 27 build.  Any luck on your side?

I tried formatting the internal memory, then installing the ROM using TWRP. Unfortunately I still have random re-boots as well, which invariably freeze on the startup screen.

Does everything else work signal is OK no lag? I've been on Eclipse for quite awhile now its starting to lag. I know a clean flash will probably fix it but if this works except for BT I'll give it a try.

so far i've been able to stream google music via bluetooth through my car's stereo system.  only encountered a few reboots if i ended a call while on bluetooth. a small request if at all possible in a future release... can the exchange apk be included in the ROM? i have to flash exchange through aroma after every release and reconfigure my exchange account/settings.  starting to get a little tiresome :-D

OK just wanting to make sure here...I am running stock 4.1.2 with the JB extreme theme. Still on the older system version of 9.16.6...question is can I just install this ROM as the instructions say?

Backup existing

factory reset

wipe data, dalvik, cache

mount system

flash rom

flash gapps?

boot

set up

reboot

Is this correct? Or do I need to do anything extra? TIA

Flashed this ROM and its running great! This is the first 4.2.2 ROM that I've gotten a GPS lock right out of the gate....finally!

Only issue I'm having is how to boot into recovery....I don't see the option when I go to reboot....

Go into developer options and enable advanced reboot always.
