Phone is rooted and bootloader unlocked. Was running fine. Also it has CMW mod installed. I have access to the custom recovery and if I flash a new rom it shows the new roms boot load menu. I can put phone in recovery and flash something else. It just doesn't finish. Kinda lost guys. any help would be appreciated. 

 

Phone stays on boot menu logo of new rom. Been away from android for a while.

I'm no expert on these things but if you were to mention what ROM your flashing it might be helpful. Not sure how cwm works maybe uninstall it and use Matt's utility and install twrp. Its the 2.3.2.3 and there's a zip on xda perhaps here also so you can upgrade to 2.5.0.0 just by flashing through recovery. Also whatever ROM your flashing may require flashing gapp's also. Not sure if not flashing gapp's would cause your issue but something to check.

What are your installation methods?  What ROMs are you flashing?  Like Dude said, we need more details.
