my core 1 is not working in aviator cm 10.1.2 v 1.0.1 based ROM in screen on condition shown his happens...if it happens in screen off condition then OK..but what about screen on condition I think more battery drainage in single core in screen on condition because of more load in single core..I don't know.. i changed the governors but no usage any help on this??

Are you using CPU sleeper?..... certain combinations of governors , schedulers , and CPU sleeper do not allow one of the cores to "wake up"
