The process is seen in the other threads but I will simply lay it out for ya.i am going i do this. do i do the unstuck after i install .209. havent messed wih the stuck versions yet.
You put the update.zip and .crc on your SD card before you do anything.
You go to AP Fastboot and flash the 6.12.181 files (with a tool like the Droid Razr Utility 1.6) and flash the boot209.img from the unstuck tool. Then let the phone upgrade and go to Motorola Recovery and you will be able to install the 6.16.209 update.

I don't think I've ever been on it. Charging up to jump up from 208.
Can't wait for the devs to come up with a better root method. Bs boots stink.
Wait i can root 4.04 on my Acer tablet might look to see how they did it and compare it.

I think the crc file is required when doing the 75/79 method with rom manager and whatnot. i put the crc file on my sd card when doing this method just in case. havent' tried it without.Just checking to see if with this build its needed.....

Yep. Running 209 just fine and rooted. If the install fails, you may have to do it 1 or 2 more times. the other threads mention that it may take more than one install attempt to work, if everythin was done right.i read the other threads. used utility 1.6 to go back to 181, then fastboot unstuck, then from recovery installed .209. it fails and aborts. restart to black screen so i started from the beginning wih same results. anyone successfully running .209?

This build is better than the previous builds plus it's the only one which has a google sign-in when you factory reset.
still no flash though.

When you say it fails what do you mean? Do you get the triangle with the ! inside? If so just hold in the volume buttons and a screen will pop up allowing you to update from external sd or wherever you may have stored the file.
no i get to start flashing then i get "status 7"
EDIT: i am going to redownload the files. wha do i do with boot.img?
