Atm, just the 209 leak. I'm undecided if I'm going to flash a rom yet. Figured with the leaks coming, that in it self would be enough flashing.

There are no settings for the governor in stock ROM. You will either need to be using an app like setCPU or a custom ROM with the controls baked in already.
