I currently have an xt907 with beanstalk ROM running 4.3 everything is running great except when I need to reboot I have to do a hard reset (power + volume down) then follow up with going into recovery (power + volume up) and clear my cache and dalvik cache. I was wondering if anyone knew why and how to fix it.... Please let me know.

It sounds like you have some bad data somewhere.  I would reflash, with a complete wipe and format of data. If you wipe/format data, make sure you save any pics/media/backups that you have to external.

Nope..... I cleared everything did factory reset ,clear cache, format system, format data, format cache, format sdcard and still wouldn't bit without clearing the cache and dalvik

Being that you've already wiped everything I'd try rsd or Matt's utility to start fresh.

Ya I thought about that but for now I just went back to 4.2.2 till they get a beats installer for 4.3 my beats headphones didn't sound as good without the drivers

Try making sure everything is mounted before you do your wipes, then again before you install, paying close attention to /system. I know with deadcalm if I didn't mount before wipe, then again before install i had problems. Probably isn't the issue here, but try it anyways, and wipe plenty of times, if it still doesn't work go into settings on your recovery and the option says something like use rm -rf instead of format, check that box, and try wiping and formatting again.

Nah, if you are using a 4.3 ROM, that's what happens with data. Hate to tell you this, but you also can't get a successful restore from a 4.3 backup. If you return to a stock rom, it "fixes" it, sort of. Someone much smarter than me needs to look into the differences between what 4.3 is doing to the data partition and what older roms do.
