Hey thinking about flashing this, but wondering if it is 4.2.2? I'm looking for stable, 4.3 looks nice but I gots to have that functionality. Thanks again!

4.3 just got "RC" status threw CM. The majority of 4.3 ROMs out , at not DD status yet IMO. Its getting close but still a lil bit of work to do yet.

Try clearing cache and force stop... That rom is kind of outdated to be honest. 4.3 is stable now
