OK I'm a bit confused...I haven't debloated anything for several versions of the ROM with the exception of the emergency alerts stupidity. What app are you guys talking about? Lol!!

Give that sucker a good butt wiping...cache and dalvik :D ...also just out of curiosity... did you flash it clean or dirty?...I personally haven't had any issues with the browser I'm just kinda curious if we did anything differently. :)

stock browser, clean install, did all the wipes. I've wiped cache and Dalvik a couple times. Guess I could delete the slot and start over, but that sounds like a hastle. I haven't bought TiBu yet, so I'll just deal. Not a big problem, BR is still badass

It has come to my attention that you possibly flashed this ROM to a NON Verizon RAZR .....? .... If so..... We need to know how exactly you attempted to flash this and what carrier your phone is on.... That will greatly assist us in trying to help you.........

@ mguelmendoza444
Please provide a DETAILED description of your situation including...
Your phone carrier
System version
If you've been able to charge phone
A description of the process you used to flash the ROM

I did say this was for Verizon only...if you flashed a Verizon ROM to a non-Verizon phone you will almost certainly have to find the appropriate FXZ file for your phone.

Thanks.

Are you trying to charge it using the factory cable?  If so, it won't work.  The factory cable is different from a regular USB cable.  If you have recovered successfully to Jelly Bean, shut the phone down and plug it into a wall charger using the cable the phone came with or, if you don't have that, use a regular USB cable from something else. Once you plug it in, the phone should go to the Moto logo, then show the battery charging indicator.  If it does, let it charge for a while and see if that works.

i use a regular cable and all it does is charge to 10% then jumps to 100% , if i unplug the charger the phone dies ..

if its connected to the phone it says full battery please unplug cable

so i think im screwed , maybe the battery is fried??

I'm not sure what to even suggest...if say take your phone through the house of moto but given your battery issues I'm not 100% that's even a good idea. Try leaving it on the charger overnight...even if it says 100% and see what happens. I don't know if its a hardware issue (battery) or just messed up firmware. (phone thinks it is charged but it isnt.)

So...... You could in fact have a bad battery but...... Do like was suggested above and plug it into a wall charger overnight (or for a minimum of 4 hours .... With the power OFF..... Then power it on.... Let it run till it shuts off...no matter how long it takes......then plug back into wall just like before

Post a screen of the modules (the one you edit with smanager for over clock)..... It looks like you forgot to un-comment one of the lines
