The Google Music app says that I can copy music files from my PC to my RAZR via USB.

Where do I store the files so the app can see them?

Don't forget that Goole is doing a sale right now. Most albums are $4.99 and most songs are $0.49 on Google Music; no idea how long it'll last, though.

You can also use the Google Music Importer app.

I thought Google Music was for uploading your music to the cloud and streaming it to your phone so you wouldn't have to transfer it. o_0

So did the VZW store here til I taught them. The desktop client recognizes multiple files(iTunes, email, ogg, etc) for upload but... you can download any and all for offline play. That's how I can listen to Google music for 8+ hours and still be golden :P

Wait, you can download them on the phone? You can't on the PC. I lost my HDD a while back, and I would love to get some of my music out of the cloud.

On your device you can choose songs or albums to make "available offline". The program will download the songs and treat them as cache.

Once the music is downloaded, it is stored in the following location (open these folders):

Sdcard, android, data, com.Google.android.music, cache, music.

All songs are labeled with just as number and no name so you won't know which song is which. But you can just copy and paste or just move the mp3 files to your regular music founder on your sdcard and the music player will read the files.
