I'm running a kernel that supports GPU overclocking on blur based ROMs but I can't find an app yo actually increase the clock speed. Any suggestions?

You might try FauxClock or TriksterMod from the play store. They both have settings for it plus a lot of other settings.

I use Setcpu since it was released. Never had an issue.
