Has anyone recieved or gotten any new info on the rumor of ICS releasing today?

Its not gonna be released today since it was a rumor started by cnet. Also there has to be a soak before they release the final ota so they can get feedback about how good it is.

Big red is in the business to srew over its customers not make them happy with ics upgrades. Will see it on june 28 to offset some of the bad press from the data plans is my guess.

I don't think I would go that far. They are in business to make money. Probably 90% of their customers don't know what an Ice cream sandwich is and could care less if their phones have it. This is a completely new rebuild of an OS that has to go through Moto testing then Verizon testing. It will come out when they deem it ready. Just because we are the 10% that know and want ICS and are ridiculously anxious because of the leaks doesn't mean they are stalling or that they want to screw us over. We mostly all have one phone here where as Verizon has multiple phones made by multiple companies to test and push out ICS.

I was talking more about the new data plans screwing people over not cause they didn't release ICS.

While I do agree with this, I find myself not exceeding even the lowest tier some months. I am grandfathered into unlimited 4G, but with access to wifi at home, work, and school (when it starts back up), I rarely actually use my data plan.
