What date is the nightly? Only way I could see it happening is if the umts_spyder nightly got loaded by mistake.Running CM 10.2 Nightly

The nightlies are usually unstable. Also is your cm mod in rom slot 1?

Running CM 10.2 Nightly
Download the latest nightly. Make sure its the 'SPYDER' one. And re-flash it with SS (or BMM).
