My razor wouldn't turn on so I did a factory reset, everything went through but when it rebooted it is just stuck in the screen with the triangle on it and the lightning on it. I did everything correct, so is there a different way to do it. The phone has not been dropped, no water damage it just wouldn't turn on one day. Here is a pic of the screen it's stuck on

What system version are you on?..... rooted? .... custom recovery?..... unlocked? ...... what were you doing(or trying to do) when it refused to turn on?

Before any of us can recommend steps to try, we need to know these things....

Is it possible that it was in the middle of installing updates when it went off?

This very exact thing happened to me recently. I was Installing and applying a third party page transitional effect. After hitting apply, the program asked me to restart my phone. Upon bootup, It stopped right right where yours has. After many of forum reads and some technical help from Verizon themselves. We came to the conclusion they needed to replace my phone via the warranty...

So i wish you luck in your endeavors...

I had none in mine!

I have had 2 warranty replacements that did this, soft resetting the phone several times helps.

Of the 3 warranty replacements, 2 of them had this problem. 2/3 of devices is a bad number.

This is one time I'd actually say that a custom ROM/kernel would probably fix the problem.
