I have a droid xt912 which is unlocked so any sim can be used. as i live outside USA i use a local sim. (worked perfectly on my 4.1.2). i recently installed safestrap 3.11 and then installed android 4.3 rom :
. + the google apps for 4.3. everything went perfectly and all features work EXCEPT that i just found out i cant call or text anyone, it says mobile network not found. but i can receive texts and calls. the signal in the notification bar is completely empty! help?!
