here are all the tips to charge:
1st way to fix is
1. Press power + vol - and + (make sure its not pluged)
2. after that press vol - and + to get in to the manage part to choose a topic
3. go down to BP tools
4. it should charge if not try the next one
@2nd
1. cut of a printer cable or any cable that contacts to a usb (its a usb)
2. Make sure when you cut the USB u have the usb side still on (not cut) . Now melt the plastic to get the inside wires
there should be 4 wires (black, red, green, and white)
3. cut Green and white (you don't need them)
4. connect red wire to + on your batter and black to - ( on ur battery if you don't know how to open the back please search on Youtube.com)
5. Wait about 2-3 hrs it should be charged .
@last one it work 100% but costs you
Buy a FActory cable for MOTOROLA Xt910 or xt912 (if its any of them )
you can buy one from Black hat team(BHT)
@Other ones to choose if scared
Call to a repair center .(what I did )
but make sure if they can't fix they don't charge you.
Best choose : Factory Cable
Best for free: CHARGER (2nd one)

Nice write up!
One thing to mention is that they are "Team Black Hat (TBH)", not "Black Hat team (BHT)" (i think...)

be very careful if you're not good with soldering tiny wires, imho i don't suggest pulling phone apart and jumping battery,i've seen too many guys destroy their phones,i suggest buying adapter or factory cable
