i dont know what went wrong i already have 4.1 but for the rooting it was trying to root 4.1 and rooting and from then on i cant reboot it or get out of the menue

Something failed in flashing and when that happens your phone will always boot into fastboot until you get something to flash successfully. This can be as simple as flashing the boot logo.
