I followed the instructions, after the first step it stops at Waiting for Device. It said Low battery, however when i go into BP Tools under the boot menu, some how.... it boots? I have the flashing moto eye

You have to have a charged battery to flash anything. Or a TeamBlackHat adapter. The first step is to reboot into AP Fastboot mode, so, if it didn't do that it'd sit there waiting forever. As for it booting, no idea on that.

If it boots that far in BP tools,it should charge.... you need to go into BP tools and leave it there, plug into a WALL charger (not the USB port on computer) ...... let it charge(it may take a couple hours to reach 100%)
Unless you have a TBH Factory cable ...
Once it is charged, you can try flashing again..... make sure you have the latest drivers installed before starting....

That's exactly what it's doing, I left it on the charger and went to the Rangers Game lol Hockey's back.

Yea, when it's charged, boot back into AP Fastboot mode, run the House of Moto, and flash that thang.
