So much for this ROM. Too many apps force closes on this one and battery life not so good and there's no way the signal is showing correctly. I live in the boonies, 4g with all signal bars showing... No way.... Don't buy that lol... All other ROMs best would get 4g with just 1 maybe 2 signal bars showing.

Dude-this is some of the least constructive posting I've seen in a long time. If you don't like it, move on. No need for the flaming/negativity. If you have issues to report, please report them and the steps you took to troubleshoot them. And whether or not those steps worked. That's the point of these forums. In the future, please keep that in mind. Whether or not it was intended, your posts came off as very abrasive and self entitled. The dev who worked on this ROM probably appreciates your comments even less than I do, especially after all he's given to the community over the years here, as well as on other forums. I apologize for blowing this up, but its really a drag to see this kind of negativity drag down development. Final thought: if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything. Thanks.

Don't see what was so bad with the comment. All that was mainly said was how the ROM was and the issues with it. Just like everyone else does. Need not to worry. I won't post another comment in this forum. Also not on this ROM anymore and have moved on cause of these issues. I apologize if the comments came off as being mean or rude. That was not intended. Guess should of been worded differently. Also if they don't know the issues with there ROMs from someone saying something how they gonna know to fix them. I'll just keep to myself while on here. Sure don't want to be banned. Again my apologies to the Developer and everyone else. Peace....

I'd have to say out of all the 4.3 roms for the XT926, this would be on the bottom of my list and the last 4.3 rom I would suggest using. Advance settings still force closes, some apps do too, takes forever to get a signal sometimes, takes forever to get on the play store the first time, when you do have a signal shows its solid and strong but it is real slow data speeds, at least MMS does work. I'm not bashing, I like the look of the ROM but it still needs a lot of work to be up to par with the other 4.3 ROMs.

I haven't had any of the issues you speak of. You should try wiping your device. And doing a clean install

I wasn't trying to jump in you or chase you off at all- I apologize if that seemed the case. Maybe it was just the wording is all. No worries man, no need to disappear.

This it true.  99% of the problems are user induced, improper install methods/installs/etc.  Once I finally figured out what I was doing wrong with 4.3 ROMs, and fixed it, I've had no issues.

Just as a refresh, the method you're talking about for flashing include mounting system prior to wiping for 4.3 ROMs, correct? I've done that, because I believe I saw you posted it somewhere. In addition I always like to do a full wipe before flashing anything new(cache, dalvik, data, internal storage) just to make sure I'm starting with a clean slate. I haven't had any of the issues a lot of users have been having with 4.3 ROMs.

Yeah, that's exactly what I had to figure out.  I know when the BL unlock came out, it was recommended to mount prior to wipes.  However, for some reason I stopped doing that when I updated to the newer version of TWRP and started flashing 4.2 ROMs.  With my first few attempts to flash and run 4.3, they all failed.  I read on XDA about someone mounting prior to wiping, so I thought I would give it a shot (again).  Voila!  It worked.

Indeed. The issue that were noted sound exactly like what you would get after a dirty flash. Always wipe before flashing a different ROM! No questions asked. If you don't or use an app like titanium backup to restore app data you may end up in a situation of data conflict resulting in apps force closing. Here's an easy fix. Wipe data/cache and reflash. Don't believe me? Go to settings - apps - and wipe the data for the app you have that is force closing. Watch your fcing issue disappear for the app in question.

FYI. I didn't read through the entire post in question because I've got kid duty today Lol.. But seriously I have seen no issues of the sort mentioned. I too live in a low lte area and I maintain barely one bar of signal sitting on my couch.

I do appreciate the feedback but you'll attract more bees with honey. Your post did come off a little flamish. Lol. Either way let's let it go and move on. Hopefully a wipe will fix your issues! Good luck

Until the download link gets fixed you can download the ROM at the DroidHive.
