Bizarre, during the official update there is actually a line that reads "deleting facebook cache folder..."

Wait but once you download the update cant you extract it off of the memory and upload it? at least i thought that was possible..............

Yes But I don't want to have to wipe my phone I have a lot of stuff on it and it takes hours to get it back. So I thought I would wait till the OTA and not have to wipe out my apps and data.
